The plot is a part of Well Developed and approved mini township and demarcation of plot is already done at the site, with its approach roads.
The project is a part of well developed township. Its demarcation is well defined but No hard Boundary Wall has been proposed in the project.
No internal Roads has been proposed as per the approved layout. The area shall be paved using CC Blocks/ Exterior grade tiles/ stones as per design detailing.

Proper cabling system shall be laid as per electric design upto the electric room. Electric Light (GI) Poles shall be installed as a part of external in the project.
No Community buildings have been proposed.
For treatment and disposal of sewage sullage water STP is being provided in the main township.
Management and Disposal of solid waste will be coordinated with the municipal authorities and one of best systems available will be provided.
The Plan has a provision for 1 number Rain water harvesting pit. The rain water on terrace of the complex shall be collected through downpipes and directed to the proposed rain water harvesting pit.
25 percent of the total external lights shall have solar power backup.
The provision of a down comer and fire extinguishers on each floors have been provided. Along with 2 fire extinguishers on each floor a manual fire alarm system shall be provided.
