Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The plot is a part of Well Developed and approved mini township and demarcation of plot is already done at the site, with its approach roads.

Boundary Wall

The project is a part of well developed township. Its demarcation is well defined but No hard Boundary Wall has been proposed in the project.

Road Work

No internal Roads has been proposed as per the approved layout. The area shall be paved using CC Blocks/ Exterior grade tiles/ stones as per design detailing.

Footpaths

No internal Roads/ Foot-path has been proposed as per approved layout. The area shall be paved using CC Blocks/ Exterior grade tiles/ stones as per design detailing.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Adequate Drinking water facility is proposed in the project.

Sewer System

A 150mm diameter sewer line shall be laid in slope to collect soil and waste water from the toilet. This sewer line will be in turn connected to the available main sewer line of the project on the main road.

Drain

An underground drainage system shall collect ground Surface discharge and connect it to the main drainage line available on the main road.

Parks

No green park has been proposed within the complex as per approved drawing. However some average height plants shall be provided as a part of landscape.

Tree Planting

Plantation is already done as per the approved drawing and we will provide same no. of trees as per the drawing, as a part of the landscape.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Proper cabling system shall be laid as per electric design upto the electric room. Electric Light (GI) Poles shall be installed as a part of external in the project.

Community Buildings

No Community buildings have been proposed.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

For treatment and disposal of sewage sullage water STP is being provided in the main township.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Management and Disposal of solid waste will be coordinated with the municipal authorities and one of best systems available will be provided.

Water Conservation System

The Plan has a provision for 1 number Rain water harvesting pit. The rain water on terrace of the complex shall be collected through downpipes and directed to the proposed rain water harvesting pit.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

25 percent of the total external lights shall have solar power backup.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

The provision of a down comer and fire extinguishers on each floors have been provided. Along with 2 fire extinguishers on each floor a manual fire alarm system shall be provided.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Emergency Evacuation Services

An emergency exit route chart shall be provided at two places at each floor.
