Project site is part of an approved/developed layout and is very well marked and defined at site.
The site has a 2.5 mt high boundary wall on the west side. Being an open shopping complex, a 680 mm high MS railing has been proposed on other three sides to keep the complex visible.
12 mt road network of RCC with 150 mm trimix over 100 mm WBM over 150 mm stone ballast have been planned and constructed. Site is approached by an existing 24 mt wide CC road.
A 1.2 mt wide footpath on both sides shall be part of internal 12 mt road width. Footpath shall be of 60 mm thick Granite/Cone. Blocks laid over 100 mm WBM over 150 mm Stone ballast.
A 25 mm potable water supply shall be available on all the floors through a terrace tank. of 100 lt. capacity . 5 taps of drinking water on all the floors shall be provided. All the terrace tanks shall be filled with underground water using 2 boring points and UGT of capacity 60 KLD.
A 150 dia HDPE sewer line is planned to be laid to collect soil water from the toilet area and connect it to the already laid township sewer line. The township sewer line is connected to the 400 KLD township STP.
A 280 mm wide CC U-channel along the edge of the site is planned to be developed to collect the site surface water and direct it to the drainage system of the township. However the rooftop collected strom water shall be directed to a 1500 mm dia recharge pit through a 200mm pipe.

Plantation of 3.5 mt high evergreen trees on one side of 12 mt. road at the rate of 6.00 mt C/c.
A 400 KVA connection is proposed to be applied to support 22 nos of SCOs, corridor lighting and outdoor lighting. 6 nos- 6 mt high street light poles with 60W LED are proposed for a general lighting along with the bollard lights

A central STP of 400 kld capacity has been provided with the township to take care of sewage treatment plant. This complex shall also be connected to this STP thru existing sewer system.
To be coordinated with the local Municipal authority collection system.
All the roof top water shall be collected thru 6 no. 100 dia down pipes and shall be directed to a 1500mm dia recharge pit thru 200mm dia pipe.
25 percent of the outdoor lights shall have solar backup.
2 nos of fire hydrants have been proposed within the complex connected to supply line
