Site is a single plot well demarcated at its location and approached by 45 mt. wide road on the south-east side. On the west side is an existing boundary of IIIT and on the east side is a proposed 18 mt. road.
2.5 mt. high and 230 mm thick Boundary wall along with RCC columns to strengthen it has been proposed to be constructed along with entry gate complex.
Complete CC internal road along with paver pathways is proposed to be constructed as per CPWD specifications for required load and width. Roads shall have some patterns using granite pavers at junctions and BLOCK entry points.
All internal roads to have 0.75m wide footpath in 40- 60 mm thick concrete/granite pavers or equivalent finishes.

A well-designed rainwater harvesting system has been planned along with 6 no. recharge pits for the whole building complex to conserve water. Rainwater from internal roads, rooftops and gardens shall be directed towards recharge pits through drain channels and pipes.
We will use LED light fittings in external and common areas as well as 20% solar street lights. In the STP and Pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motors/pumps.
Since the building is less than 45m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC with the approval of the fire department. A dedicated pipeline along with hydrants will be connected to wet risers. Terrace tanks shall have a separate storage facility to store water for fire fighting.
A creche for the children of labours during the construction period with play and study facility. Temporary toilets for workers during the construction period and an emergency medical kit.
Exits from each and every point have been planned and proposed as per norms in case of emergency.
