Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The total approved area is of 9156 Sq. Mtr. after deduction of Road widening exist at Lucknow Sultanpur highway, having 1 main gate entrance from the 76 m wide front road.

Boundary Wall

2m high and 230mm thick brick work and RCC work in coloumn and beam. At the entrance face of boundary wall there would be a logo of the project which would give a beautiful iconic design to the boundary wall.

Road Work

From the main entrance gate we will provide 125mm thick interlocking brick/RCC road throughout the project. The wideness starts from 6Mtr and goes upto 7.5Mtr.

Footpaths

We shall provide a footpath of 60/80mm thick interlocking paver

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We will provide pumps for the requirement of the blocks through underground pipelines of diameter 110mm.

Sewer System

Modular sewerage system plant shall be provided of capacity 135KLD as per approved MBBR technology. All sewerage water shall go through the STP through DWC/RCC hume pipes and overflow from the STP shall be connected with the Municipal Sewerage System..

Drain

Storm water shall be connected through the storm water drain through DWC/RCC hume pipes (Dia 150 mm above) and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharge of ground water harvesting and overflow shall be connected with the municipal drain line.

Parks

We will provide 1378.16 Sq. Mt. Green area with different activities and kids play area.

Tree Planting

We will provide 82 No. of trees in green area along with boundary wall.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electrical infrastructure as per approved electrical drawing.

Community Buildings

Club/Community centre with good amenities. It will be run and maintained by RWA . Same club will also be used by residents of future extension.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Treatment and disposal of sewerage and sludge water through vendor of Municipal body.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There will be proper garbage collection area for the solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting system for recharging of water and improve the ground water level.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

LED lights and solar water heating system as per approved drawing. In pump room the equipments shall have energy efficient motors.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

We will provide fire fighting facility as per approved drawing in the common areas.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services
