Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Total plot area of 32099 sq m. (latitude and longitude of the endpoints- 27.10620, 78.14766, proposed housing layout plan of Dwarkesh city located at khasra no. 1612, village Kundol, Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall up to 2.43 meter. height on the four sides of the plot shall be provided with 230 mm high brick and plaster wall.

Road Work

All roads in the housing will be in combination with concrete pavers of 2 colors black and white. Roads will be laid over 225 mm water-bound macadam.

Footpaths

Footpaths will be of all-black interlocking pavers.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water is to be provided on campus. There will be an overhead water tank constructed on site. The supply of water to individual flats shall be from the said overhead water tanks. Every unit will have its water tank. Every unit will have its independent water tanks on the terrace.

Sewer System

The main sewer line has been designed as per norms and partially lay on the roadside. The sewer will be collected through a soil pipeline arrangement, and bends and inspection chambers leading to the stage water treatment plant (STP) of the Project. The pipe size is 300 mm dia.

Drain

An underground system using the uPVC (SN-4) and masonry chambers sewer pipes. Rainwater shall be collected in drains having a minimum width of 150mm connected to the underground cement concrete pipeline.

Parks

A lush green big park (Total area- 5265.14 sq. mtr. )will be provided and maintained. The parks will have jogging tracks, a gazebo, an open gym, a childrens play area, and a sitting area.

Tree Planting

The tree planting has been designed by as per authority guidelines/ approved drawings. The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary walls. The tree selection, flora, and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance in the services/usage of the Project. 250 no. of trees shall be planted.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The design has been done as per UP electricity board guidelines and shall be provided necessary switch gear etc. for distributing the electricity at LT voltage. Electricity supply will be from Dakshinanchal Electricity Board.

Community Buildings

The clubhouse has been designed and has different facilities like- Party hall, gaming zone, swimming pool, entertainment area, gym, library, etc. shall be provided.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

250 KLD STP as per norms shall be provided.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Solid waste is to be collected from individual units and stored in the garbage room. All organic waste shall be transferred to the nearby solid waste management department.

Water Conservation System

Rainwater system to be provided through 3 no. of rainwater harvesting pits of size 200 KHL each.
