The total project size is 10526.06 sq,m. The project has 70 units. All units , parks roads, project facilities will be reflected on ground as per approved size, dimensions and orientation.
The boundary wall of 6 to 8 feet height will be constructed in brick mortar. The foundation of boundary wall will 3 to 4 feet deep. The boundary wall will be plastered and painted.
The road dimensions of the carriageway are 7.5m and 9 m wide. The surface course will be of paver blocks. The interlocking paver blocks of min. 80 mm depth will be laid over the sand bed. The subgrade and the granular base/subbase will be compacted to the required density and levels.
The footpaths will be provided on the periphery of the park. The Interlocking anti skid blocks will be laid. The minimum thickness will be 60 mm.
The ground water will be pumped and supplied to OHT. There on through gravity flow the water will be supplied through PVC pipes to each unit of the project.
Underground HDPE lines/ Concrete sewer lines will be laid in the slope of 1 to 2 percent. The manholes will be placed at interval of 30 -50 m for the inspection. The seer dia will vary from 6 to 10 inches as per location and discharge .
The trapezoidal drain with top with of 300 mm and bottom width of 150+ mm will be constructed in the project/The drain will be underground and covered with iron grills at specific locations. the slope will be 1 to 3 percent. The catch basins and inspections chambers will be constructed as per MEP design
The lush green par of 1054 sq,m will be developed in the project as per the landscape plan
Tree plantation will be done along the project periphery and around the park. The all season plants/ trees that will be suitable for local soil will be selected.
The separate transformer will be installed for the project . The overhead lines through the electric poles of 4.5 m height will be used and all units will be supplied with electricity through distribution boxes.

The STP will be installed in the project as per the design provided by MEP consultant. Normal z=size of 50cum/day. The sewage will be treated in stages of - removal of large debris - settlement of suspended solid from sludge- biological process - filtration and disinfection- dispense at specified location / sewer line.
The dust bins / waste collection management will be installed in the project
The rain water harvesting pit and chamber will be constructed in the project to collect the storm water. The perforated pipe will be inserted up to the water table. The 2x2x3 meter collection chamber with multi stage filtration will be constructed . The percolation pit will have the system suitable to clean in off monsoon period.
