Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The Project Land will be demarcated with boundary wall using state of Art Equipments. The Building lines and orientations will be maintained as per approved plan by Agra Development Authority

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall will be constructed f average eight of 6 feet. The wall will be designed to resist Earth-Quake. Te Brick wall will be plastered and Painted.

Road Work

A cement concrete paver block road of minimum 150mm thick will be laid over the compacted base and subbase layer. The layer densities will be maintained to cater for design load.

Footpaths

The paver blocks of M-20 Grade 100-150mm thick will be placed over sand bed of 4 to 6 inches over a compacted subbase layer.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water will be pumped to the roof tank through underground tank . The water then will be supplied to the common areas using PVC pipes

Sewer System

The sewer from the common facilities of the project will be collected through soil pipes connected to the inspection chambers. The sewer will lead to the collection point.

Drain

The covered lined drains with 300mm top with in notch design will be constructed. The inspection grills will be installed to maintain the drain. The slopes will be maintained to collect the surface water and dispose to drain water to municipal drain
