Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Total of 14 Number of plots will be demarcated as per approved map. The dimensions and orientation are as per North scale in approved map. Latest technology being adopted for demarcation.

Boundary Wall

An 8 feet high boundary wall in brick Mortar will be constructed. Earthquake resistant wall. Plastered and Painted for structural and asthetical purpose . The boundary wall will accentuate the single entry/exit to the project.

Road Work

Rigid Pavement will be laid as project roads. A compacted subgrade topped with PCC/brick-bat layer. The riding surface is 200mm M-30 concrete layer. Skid Resistant high durability road

Footpaths

Wide footpaths of thick concrete as is with the main carriageway. Wide enough for pedestrian walks . The antiskid surface for all weather conditions.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water through common OHT of the entire project inclusive of all phases. The water is potable for domestic purpose. 24 hours water supply is planned for all units. The pipe line will lead to every plot for further connection.

Sewer System

Centralized Sewerage system will be provided, sewer lines connected to STP. A state of art U/G pipe line at an gradient laid to efficiently discharge the the waste in to municipal sewer line

Drain

Lined open/closed drains catering for the domestic disposals. Drained are laid at the gradient for the easy and efficient discharge. Inspection chambers are placed to clear out blockages if any.

Tree Planting

Trees will be planted at all suitable locations. The preferred locations are along the common boundary wall. The trees will be of varying heights for asthetic values.
