The plot area for the project of 3195 sq.m will be demarcated as per approved plan confirming to the alingnment and dimensions. Building lines will be maintained.
Six to Eight feet high boundary wall will be constructed in brick and mortar. The same will be plastered and painted.
The interlocking paver blocks will be placed in the peripheral section f the building. The subgrade and the granular layer will be compacted to ther required density.
Interlocking paving tiles over the snd bed of 30-50 mmm will be placed
Potable ground water will be puped to the underground water tank. There on through PVC pipe the water will be pumped to the terrace tanks and suppied to each unit of the project along with comon areas
The sewage will be collected through th soil pipes in the buiding with syphon arrangement to regulate the flow. The minimum 300 mm dia pies and the man hole arragements will be made to collect the sewer and lead to STP.
Terrace drainge through vertcle pipes will lead to RWH. The side drains from the iniys will leead to the chambers and the lead the the drainage pipes towards out let.

The transformer will be installed as per the load sanction by DVVNL for the domestic purpose and the common aeas. The street lights will be fixed on the boundary walls.

Multistage sewage treatment plant will be installed for the project. The sewage will be treated with bio methods to bring the effluents to permissible limit before disposal
Solid waste collection will be done through designated dustbins and collection arrangements.
