As per sanctioned plan there is single plot size 5776.45 sq. mtr having one entry gate and one exit gate surrounded by 36 mtr wide main road
1.8 - 2.1m high and 200 mtr thick boundary wall designed with MS Railing, brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam will be used entrance and exit gate will be made of MS Steel

A well designed water harvesting system will be there in this project to conserve water and recharge PITS
The aim of this project to conserve natural resources and implement optimized energy efficient system aligning with sustainable building practices to promote a positive impact on the enviormrnt
All fire norms will be followed and approval of fire department fire sprinklers smoke detectors with pump are provided as per norms
There will be no social infrastructure in this project
Fire staircase is provided on each floors with fire resistant doors and basement has one access and exit in case of emergency
