DLF Privana North is the newest and most upgraded residential phase of DLF's Privana township in Sectors 76 and 77, on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) end of New Gurgaon. It is an ultra-luxury, low-density development of large 4 BHK homes and penthouses, and it carries a specific distinction: its towers are the tallest DLF has built, rising to 50 floors. For a buyer, the proposition is a brand-new, top-of-the-range DLF product inside an established 116-acre master-planned community, backed by an international design team. One honest and important point on the clubhouse. The grand clubhouse associated with Privana North, reported at around 3 acres, does not sit on this project's own 17.70-acre land parcel, the RERA land-usage schedule for Privana North shows no clubhouse area within it. The clubhouse is part of the wider township land. The amenity is real and substantial, but a buyer should understand it is delivered at the township level rather than carved out of this society's registered land, and should confirm the access and ownership arrangement.
