Demarcation of Plots

As per approved layout.

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall will be around 6 feet high with lower portion of brick wall and upper 2 ft. in MS grill.

Road Work

The internal road will be 7.62 mtr and 9.14 mtr wide tar road with pedestrian on either side with storm water drainage below it.

Footpaths

The footpath will be concrete paver block.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The water supply to the individual plots will be through hydro pneumatic system with centralized location of underground water tank.

Sewer System

Centralized STP system will be provided to cater for the entire sewage generated within the project with zero discharge.

Drain

Storm water drain under footpath will be strategically connected to rain water harvesting pits.
