Demarcation of Plots

This is a single plot rectangular shaped plots spanning in an area of 2905 sq. mtr. Surrounded by strong boundary wall and there is a single entry gate and single exit gate on 12 mtr. wide road from North, 12 mtr. wide road from south.

Boundary Wall

1.6m -2.1m high and 230 mm thick boundary wall with MS railing designed with 9 inches brick work and RCC column and beam.

A 6.0 mtr wide RCC Road installed with road reflector inside the campus for clear visibility of road.

Footpaths

Footpaths will be developed using highest grade of casting to make it uniform and longlasting. Campus is surrounded by Lavish and meticulously green landscape making it healthier for the residents residing in it.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Adequate water supply connection from the bore well routed through domestic water tank to the water supply connections to the building.

Sewer System

Adequate sewer system will be provided to mange, operate and maintain all parts of the sanitary sewer system connected to drainage line of development authority/ municipal authority.

Drain

A Storm water system is implemented to manage storm water from road, rooftop storm water will be channeled to a rain water pipelines and slopes are provided wherever required.

There is approximately 600 sq.ft. of green spaces crafted around 7 mtr. inside campus road to delight and inspire our residents.

The total no. of 40 or more seasonal trees will be planted to maintain greenery and natural view.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

All internal wiring will be in copper conductors using concealed PVC conduits. As per electrical layout map continuous Generator back up. Adequate lighting for the whole building premises with 1 set of Generator back up.

Internal sewer line shall be connected to the sewage and drainage line of development authority/ municipal authority.

The location for solid waste/ garbage disposal is adjacent to Gate No.2 and all the waste/ garbage shall be collected by Municipal authority.

Water Conservation System

A well designed rain water harvesting system as per green building codes shall be provided for the whole building complex to conserve water.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

The proposed project practices to promote a positive impact on the environment and long term operational efficiency. Total 22 no. of solar LED street light will be installed to save energy during night. Ample natural light to all the flats during day time to save energy during day.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All the fire safety norms shall be provided as per applicable norms. NOC and Plan is uploaded. 5 nos. of Signage board will be also installed.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Toilets shall be provided. It shall be with First class ceramic tiles flooring upto Dado level on floor.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire Escape Staircase is already provided in the building to exit in case of emergency and 5 nos. of signage board is also provided.
