The location for solid waste/ garbage disposal is adjacent to Gate No.2 and all the waste/ garbage shall be collected by Municipal authority.
A well designed rain water harvesting system as per green building codes shall be provided for the whole building complex to conserve water.
The proposed project practices to promote a positive impact on the environment and long term operational efficiency. Total 22 no. of solar LED street light will be installed to save energy during night. Ample natural light to all the flats during day time to save energy during day.
All the fire safety norms shall be provided as per applicable norms. NOC and Plan is uploaded. 5 nos. of Signage board will be also installed.
Toilets shall be provided. It shall be with First class ceramic tiles flooring upto Dado level on floor.
Fire Escape Staircase is already provided in the building to exit in case of emergency and 5 nos. of signage board is also provided.
