Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

We have a plot with an area of 1417.47 sq. m (Net plot 1257.05 sq. m.), and the main entrance is from a 24-meter-wide road on the north side.

Boundary Wall

A 1.5 m high and 230 mm thick brick boundary wall is proposed, along with RCC columns and beams. A project logo / branding will be provided at the center of the front face of the boundary wall.

Road Work

Around the building periphery, a 6.0 m wide driveway is proposed, to be constructed in cement concrete with a cobblestone pattern finish.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We will provide one nos. of pump for the requirement of water through underground pipelines.

Sewer System

All building wastewater, including that from kitchens and toilets, shall be conveyed to the STP, of capacity 21 KLD, through a network of channels, and any overflow will be connected to the municipal sewerage system.

Drain

Storm water shall be discharged into the rainwater harvesting pit through storm water drains, which will help in recharging the groundwater table. Any overflow shall be discharged into the municipal drain line.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

The electrical system will be designed and implemented as per the local Electricity Board norms, with provision for a centralized transformer (capacity 400 KVA), HT panel, LT panel, feeder pillar, and DG backup (capacity 160 KVA) for common services such as external lighting, STP, and the pump room.

LED light fittings will be used for both internal and external lighting. Provision for a solar water heating pump is also made, which will help reduce the overall energy consumption of the building.

Firefighting facilities have been provided in the common areas as per the requirements of NBC 2016.
