We have a plot with an area of 1417.47 sq. m (Net plot 1257.05 sq. m.), and the main entrance is from a 24-meter-wide road on the north side.
A 1.5 m high and 230 mm thick brick boundary wall is proposed, along with RCC columns and beams. A project logo / branding will be provided at the center of the front face of the boundary wall.
Around the building periphery, a 6.0 m wide driveway is proposed, to be constructed in cement concrete with a cobblestone pattern finish.
