Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

As per approved Layout plan. The plot shall be demarcated by means of Tee.

Boundary Wall

Parishad shall not provide any boundary wall. To be built by the alottee concern in line with the Bhawan nirman upvidhi.

Road Work

As per specification of UP Awas Evam Vikas Parishad (Chief Engineer Order No. 685/M-4/2017 Dt. 19.03.2017 and others) and work shall be carried out as per U.P.P.W.D. Specifications. Soling coat with 45-90 mm stone ballast. inner coat with 45- 63 mm stone ballast. top coat with 22.4-53 mm stone ballast and bituminous coat over top coat.

Footpaths

As per specification of UP Awas Evam Vikas Parishad (Chief Engineer Order No 685/M-4/2017 Dt 19.03.2017 and others) and work shall be carried out as per UPPWD Specifications.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Shall be provided as per norms and specifications of UP Jal Nigam . The network consist of Trunk water line led in Trunk road cross section with O.H.T. in sector to cater to the blocks. Water line laying of PVC pipe ISI marked (Pressure 6.00 kg per sqcm.) at site.

Sewer System

Provided. The under ground sewer network with manholes chambers shall be provided in accordance with UP Jal Nigam specifications and chief Engineer Order No. - 912/M-1/94 dt 20-10-2005 . Sewer line provided through Class NP3 and NP2 RCC hume pipes (as per design).

Drain

Open channelised water drainage network is to be provided . Drain shall be of type CK,C1,C2,......etc. The construction shall be as per UPPWD specifications and guidelines. Brick work drains are provided in ration of 1 ration 6 of cement and approved coarse sand. Culverts are provided in the junctions of road as per design.

Parks

Provided as shown in approved layout. The construction and development shall be in line with office order No. 878/ISO/ dt 05-04-2017. Brick work and railing provided at boundary of park.

Tree Planting

Provided as shown in approved layout. By side of the road and in parks as per approved layout. The construction and development dhall be inline with office order No. 878/ISO/ dt 05-04-2017

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Shall be done in house (by UPAVP) and shall be handed over to UPPCL for issuing individual connections.

Community Buildings

Community building will be built in future as per approved map.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Planned sewer network for intire yojna. These plot shall be connected to this proposed network.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Kuda ghar provided by UPAVP as per layout. Disposal of solid waste management provided by parishad till handed over of yojna to local body. The solid waste dispose inline with rule and regulations.

Rain water harvesting in individual plots inline with the building bye laws to be done by concerning alotties
