Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

As per approved layout plan. The plot shall be demarcated by means of dagbelling.

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall of brick work shall be provided for a height of 5 feet.

Road Work

GSB (15 cm thick) layer, WMM (10 cm thick) layer and 80 mm thick Interlocking Tiles to be laid over prepared subgrade.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

PVC Pipe Line (100 mm dia ISI Mark) shall be provided for drinking water supply with provision of RCC overhead tank and tubewell. The work shall be carried out as per UPPWD and UP Jal Nigam schedule of rates and specifications.

Sewer System

RCC Hume Pipe (300 mm dia NP-3) shall be laid with the provision of RCC manwhole and chamber. The discharge of sewer line shall be connected with septic tank and soakpit.

Drain

RCC Drains shall be provided to collect storm water and the same will be connected with trunk drain existing in the catchment area.

Parks

There is no provision or park in the scheme but surrounding area of the blocks shall be landscaped for greenery.

Tree Planting

Road side tree plantation shall be done with the provision of tree guards.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Under ground cable shall be provided for carrying electricity up to the blocks with the provision of transformer and street lights on poles as per specifications of UPPCL. The work shall be handed over to Electricity Department after completion.

There is no provision of Sewage treatment plant in the scheme. Presently Septic Tank and Soak Pit system shall be installed for disposal of sewage and sullage water.

Dustbins shall be provided to collect the solid waste from the scheme and shall be carried to Municipal Garbage Dump of the city.

Water Conservation System

Roof top Rain Water Harvesting system shall be installed in the scheme for water conservation.

No any provision of energy management system including use of Renewable energy.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

There is no provision of fire protection and fire safety system in the scheme however fire hydrants shall be installed in water line system at appropriate places for easy availability of water in case of out break of any fire.

There is no provision of specific public health services in the scheme. The existing health facilities near by the scheme area shall cater for the health services for the residents of this scheme.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Provision of roads all around the blocks shall be sufficient for any emergency situation.
