Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation of project to be done at site as per Approved layout. Site is surrounded by 18 mtr road from north, Kisan path road from south and other plots by east and master plan road in west.

Boundary Wall

1.5 - 2.4 m high and 200 mm thick boundary wall designed or with MS railing as per approved design, Brick work of 9 inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design.

Road Work

7.5 mtr wide drive-way, 6 mtr wide fire tender path by Bitumen road/CC will be constructed as per approved layout or as per requirement ad designed by promoter.

Footpaths

Both side of road, Footpath will be developed, width 1.0 to 1.5 mtr. with tiles pavers or equivalent finishes or as per requirement of landscape design.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

All floors must be equipped with domestic water for sanitary activities and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) treated water for the flushing system. Individuals may utilize an RO (Reverse Osmosis) system as per their specific requirements for potable purposes. To facilitate thism water tanks are being constructed underground and on the terrace. Separete tanks are designated for fire water.

Sewer System

The building will be equipped with a centralized sewerage system, ensuring all sewate water is directed to the sewate Treatment plant (STP) for thorough treatment.

Drain

A storm water system will e implemented to manage storm water from roads and other landscaped areas. The stormwater will be directed to the storm water drain chennel, while rooftop stormwater will be channeled to a rainwater harvesting pit to recharge the groundwater, This approach effectively mitigates the impact of stormwater runoff and contributes significantly to sustainable water management practices

There is a signifcant green area beside building for different recreational activities.

Tree Planting

The trees of category ornamental, shady and native species shall be planted in the entire project as per the species recommended in the landscape in order to maintain greenery and natural view.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Common ESS developed for metrocity Township. Electric supply will be provided from ESS. Street lights will be fixed at road berms as per rewuirments and design.

Community Buildings

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized sewarage system for entire group housing shall be connected to STP. All sewarage water after treatment shall be used in Irrigation of green areas and as per Govt. Norms

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Project shall have waste segregation area. The solid waste shall be encouraged for segregation within all apartments. The dustbins shall be provided for segregated waste in the common areas.

Water Conservation System

A well designed rain water harvesting system as per govt. Norms shall be provided for the group housing to conserve water by ensuring adequate nos. of recharge pits

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Energy management system will be provided as per Govt. Norms

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All fire norms shall be followed as per NBC code and approval of fire department. Fore sprinklers, smoke detectors wit pumps are provided as per norms.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services
