Demarcation of Plots

The entire plot is surrounded by boudary will having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1no. of exit gate from the 12m wide front road.

Boundary Wall

3.0-3.5m high and 225 mm thick Boundary wall designed . Brick Work of 9inches and rcc work in column and beam has been used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.

Road Work

High quality concrete pavers will be used as per deisgn suggeseted by the Architechts for internal road.

Footpaths

All internal roads will have 0.75m wide footpath in 100 mm thick concrete cross pavers or equivalent finishes.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Our overhead Town of 3,50,000 ltr. Capacity shall be provided. Also end user shall be use their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.

Sewer System

Centralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP for tretement after treatement ,water shall be recycle and it will use in gardening and oveflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municiple sewarage system.

Drain

Storm water system shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other lanscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municiple drain line.

Parks

There are seven parks with play area for childrens and different recretional activities. Facility of Open Gym will be provided as per Architecht designs.

Tree Planting

5 types of trees shall be provided as per landscape design.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have design the system as per local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer,HT panel,LT Panel,Feeder Pillar.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP for tretement after treatement ,water shall be recycle and it will use in gardening and oveflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municiple sewarage system.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There is a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

A well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided in the project.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights. In STP and Pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Since all the buildings are less than 10m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

STP ,Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All Sewgage shall be go to the STP for recycling the water.
