Residential Plots of different sizes for public and semi public plots as approved by the authorities and demarcated on approved map and accordingly the demarcation will be done on the site.
It will be the responsibility of the developer to construct the boundary wall around the whole society. No boundary walls is being provided by the developer for the individual plots that boundary wall will be constructed by the buyers.
Approach road to the site has been paved by MVDA, Demarcation of internal road and earth work on the roads has been done, We propose to develop internal roads with 80MM Interlocking concrete pavers.
All main artery roads and sub-artery roads will have footpaths in the shoulders and these footpaths will be finished with the material which will allow rain water percolation into the soil below.
An underground tank of 50KL capacity and 200 KL overhead tank has already been built at the site. Drawings of pipelines for water supply and sewerage are being prepared by the consultant, the work for same shall be initiated shortly.
Sub-mains with provision to link the disposal to each and every plot through chambers/ manholes will be laid in front of all the plots and these sub-mains will be connected to the manholes of trunk mains laid in the service corridors of the arterial and sub-arterial roads. The trunk mains will ultimately terminate into the STP where the sewerage will be treated.
Rainwater harvesting pits provided at different locations as per the designs, and overflow of rainwater harvesting pits will be connected to the external drainage network. The external drainage network will be provided to carry the road and plot run-offs and finally disposed off into the natural strom drains.
Park and all green areas have been demarcated. Boundary wall work on parks has been initiated. Actual horticulture work shall be started after completion of civil work.
Trees of different species will be planted on the periphery of the site and along roads, Big leaf trees will also be provided on the periphery.
As per the norms of UPPCL, the 11 KVA line till site has been erected and made functional by DVVNL. Drawings for internal electrification has been received, will be submitted to DVVNL for their approval and estimated preparation.

As explained above the sewerage and sullage water will be treated in STPs PHYTORID technology STP is processed in the township.
Door to door collection of said solid waste arrangement will be made in the township through the maintenance agency which will be assigned maintenance of the society, besides this garbage bins and collection points have been proposed in the township. A tie up with the local municipality for organizing solid waste disposal of this township.
Rainwater harvesting pits number and size based on the design at different locations will be provided in the township and only the overflow of these pits will be drained into natural nalahs.
No Provision has been made for any renewable Energy Equipment as per size of Project.
