All roads in the complex will be in M25 grade concrete. Roads will be laid over two layers of 150mm thick compacted water bound macadam.
All footpaths in the complex will in combination of concrete pavers of different colours, shape and thickness of 65m laid over 150mm water bound macadam 100 mm thick PCC surface.
Potable water supply from GDA shall be collected in underground collection tank 350KLD and pumped to overhead water tank located at the terrace. The supply of water to individual flats shall be from the said overhead water tanks. Underground and overhead water tank with automatic pumps for 24 hours water supply.
The sewage will be collected through a soil pipeline 200 mm dia arrangement, bends and inspection chambers leading to the sewage water treatment plant 750KLD (STP) of the project, from where the treated water will be used for irrigation and flushing purpose.
Rainwater shall be collected in drains having a minimum width of 150mm connected to the underground cement concrete pipeline. For discharge, water will be collected in manholes to be constructed in periphery of complex. and these manholes shall be finally collected with drain of MDA.
Lush green landscaped internal park will be provided and maintained. The landscaped parks will have Jogging tracks, Pavilion, Children play area and sitting areas.
The trees (80 NOS.) will be planted at all suitable locations for of the project and along the boundary walls (50 Trees / Hectare). the tree selection, flora and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hinderance in the service/usage in the Project.
Electric supply provided through transformers 2nos. 1000KVA CSS for residential and 1no. 1000 KVA CSS for common service and by DG Set supply for backup 1 no. 1010 KVA , 1 no. 500 KVA and 1 no. 380 KVA DG SET. External street lighting shall be through solar power with alternate supply through grid.
Community building ( 2492.60 sqm) is provided between two towers (G+1)
Sewage shall be treated in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) 750 KLD and thereafter treated water to be used for flushing and irrigation.
Solid waste to be collected from individual flats and stored in garbage room in the complex. Recyclable shall be processed in the compost machine to make compost. Non-recyclable waste shall be disposed of through approved agents of MDA.
Rainwater harvesting pits shall be provided for ground water recharging and overflow to be discharges in the municipal drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation and flushing.
The main power supply will be through HT power connection, stepped down by transformer and then distributed. DG backup of suitable rating will be provided. The campus lighting will be a combination of solar lights and grid supplied power. The light fittings will be power saving LED fittings.
Fire fighting system shall be provided for all building as per the prevailing requirements of National Building Code. Sprinklers shall be provided in all basement. Fire doors shall be provided in common areas. Water supply to sprinklers and hydrants shall be from fire pumps located in the basement. Fire tank capacity of 570KLD
