The project land will be demarcated with the boundary-wall. The setbacks of the building and peripheral wall will be established as per approved layout.
A 6 to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed . The Brick wall will be plastered and painted. The foundation of the wall will be minimum of 4feet depth. The design of the same will be earthquake resistant
The Roads will be laid to the desired width as approved in sanctioned plan. The road will be built-up on the compacted earth with the layer of 100mm Lean cement concrete. The Paver block resistant to seasonal and traffic abrasions will be laid of the depth of 4 inches and M-20 strength
Interlocking paver tiles will be laid in the footpath areas laid over the compacted earth, 2 inch sand bed. A 4 inch interlocking tiles will be laid in color patterns to enhance the visibility and walking experience.
A potable ground water supply will be arranged for the domestic use of the project. The ground water will be pumped through a submersible pump set the underground water tank from where the water will be pumped to terrace tank to e further supplied to each flat.
A sewerage system consisting of soil pipes and U-chambers will be installed in the entire project carrying the sewer to the man holes. The Pipelines will also have the check points for maintenance. The multiple man holes will be installed. The sewer will be carried through pipe arrangement to sewage treatment plant
Closed lined drains will be installed/ constructed along the the project boundaries designed to carry the domestic / runoffs. The trapezium shaped drains installed on the DLC will create the head for smooth and rapid egress to drain water.
Lush green park along with play area for kids will be constructed/ developed in the project as per the sanctioned plan
Multi tree types will be planted in the park area and at suitable locations near the boundary. The plants will be so selected as to enhance the greenery of the project and at the same time causing zero interference with the functioning of the utilities of the project.
The electrical connection and loads will be as per design specification of the the Torrent Power Limited. The Electrical room will also be constructed . The connections will lead to each flat through chain of distribution for domestic purpose. The Street lights will be installed along the boundary wall of the project and the common open areas.

A state of art multi stage sewage treatment plant will be installed in the project . The domestic sewage collected will be treated to bring the effluents within the permissible limit before being disposed to the municipal drain.

The 70 m bore will be dug and the perforated pipe will be installed for collection of water in order to recharge te water table. . A stratified collection camber will be constructed to collect and filter the water before being allowed to enter the perforated pipes to keep the water table clean
