The Project Land will be demarcated with the Boundary wall. The Demarcated land will be as per the approved and sanctioned map of Agra Development Authority. The individual plots will be demarcated using survey tools to match the shape , size and orientation as per approved map by Agra Development Authority.
Boundary wall of 6 to 8 feet height with provision of barbed wire at certain locations. The depth of wall foundation will be as per design to ensure the wall is earthquake resistant. The brick wall will be done with cement mortar and the plastered and painted with all season paint.
The project has road widths of 9.0 m and 7.5m. The paved section will be constructed using interlocking paver blocks with M-40 compressive strength and depth as per design. The paver blocks will be laid on 50mm sand bed laid over compacted granular layer.
The foot path will be done with interlocking paver blocks of M-20 compressive strength . The paver block will be colored to accentuate the walking experience and the surface will be anti-skid and comfortable for walking.
The potable ground water will be extracted through a submersible pump. The pumped water will lead to the overhead tank and the same will reach the individual units through under ground PVC pipe line.
The sewer system will be constructed in the project . The Man holes and the connecting hume pipes will be installed to ensure continuous flow of domestic sewer through slope to the municipal sewer line.
Lined covered drains will be constructed with MS grills sections for inspection. The drain will be designed to cater the domestic and rains water . The drains discharge will e connected to the municipal drain
2 Parks will be developed in the project as per approved sanctioned map by Agra Development Authority. the total area covered by the parks will be more than 1000 square meter. The park will be developed as per landscape plan. The grass cover and footpath will be provided.
The trees will be planted along the boundary walls and periphery of park and at all suitable locations of the project to the minimum numbers as per sanction.
The transformer will be installed as per approved load sanctioned by the electrical department. The electrical connection will be lead to each unit through overhead wires and distribution boxes. The ISI marked cables will be used in the project

The state-of-the-Art sewage treatment plant will be installed in the project . The domestic sewer will be collected through sewer lines and into the collection chamber of STP where the sewer will be treated to bring the effluents level below the permissible limit prior to disposal in the municipal sewer or designated location
The Garbage collection center covering the area of 15.66 square meter will be constructed in the project . The dust bins will be installed to keep the project clean and green
A rain water harvesting pit will be installed to collect the runoff and discharge the water into the ground through collection chamber built for multi stage filtration . The filtered water will be carried throug the sand filled perforated pipe going t minimum depth of 40m
