All plot in the project will be clearly demarcated on the ground as per the approved layout plan. each plot will be demarcated using brick / curve stone and pillers fixed at the front of block to indicate the plot number and block number.
The entire project land is enclosed by the well-defined boundary wall,. Boundry wall will be approx 2.3 meter high Precast boundary wall, ensuring protection, security, and prevention of encroachment.
Internal Roads within the project are developed as per the approved layout. The Roads are 12 meter main approch road with 9/7.5/6 meter wide intersection road will be laid with proper sub-base, base course and surface finishing to ensure durability and smooth vehicle movement.
Footpaths are provided along the internal roads of the project as per the approved layout plan. the footpaths are designed and constructed to ensure safe and convenient pedestrian movement.
Water supply is provided within the project with 2 borewells to ensure adequate water supply to 100 KL Overhead Water Storage Tank , a proper internal distribution network is laid to ensure water supply to all plot/common areas.
A well planned sewerage system of is provided within the project as per the approved layout. the system includes an underground sewer network designed to collect and convey waste-water from individual plot to the designated disposal or treatment facility of 180KLD Capacity. Proper gradients, inspection chambers, and manholes are provided to ensure efficient flow, easy maintenance, and hygienic conditions within the project.
A proper storm water drainage system is provided within the project as the approved layout plan. Drains are designed to efficiently collect and carry rainwater from internal roads, Plots, and common areas, preventing water stagnation and ensuring smooth runoff. The multiple Rain Water Harvesting System is provided to ensure to recharge the every drop of rain water to maintain the water level.
The Project includes 9 landscaped green parks offering - Open Gym Facilities, Children Play area with modern Play station equipment, Walking/Jogging Track , Seniour citizen Gossip benches for Leisure and relaxations. these amenities ensure a healthy, recreational and community freindly environment.
Tree lined Pathways and greenery development are carried out , Trees are planted along internal roads, parks, and designated open spaces to enhance the green cover and environment quality of the project.
The project is provided with a well planned electrical supply system designed in accordance with the approved layout plan. Internal electrical infrastructure contain 3 Transformers of 400 KVA Capacity each for reliable power Supply, including overhead cabling, distribution panels, and feeder lines.
A Dedicated cluster of Commercial Plots has been Planned adjacent to the projects entry gate. thease plots are intended to cater daily needs and services of residents, ensuring convenience within the project.
The project will provide a comprehensive sewage and sullage water management system to ensure safe and environmentally compliant disposal.
The project will provide a systematic solid waste management system, including collection segregation, storage, and disposal of all wastes.
The project will include a comprehensive water conservation system to optimize water usage and promote sustainability. Including rainwater harvesting recharge pits.
The project will provide and efficient energy management system to ensure reliable power supply and minimize energy consumption. Wherever feasible, renewable energy sourses such as solar panels for street light and common area lights as required including Entry Gate, Park Area and other common areas.
For effective fire protection system we will provide several fire hydrant connection points within the project.
The project will provide social infrastructure and public amenities to enhance residents quality of life. This encludes Parks, Playgrounds, Healthcare facilities and other essential services. We provide Temple at Park to build social relations strong,
Since it is a plotted project no such evacuation service is available , but we are providing clearly marked assembly points in park area to be used in case of natural disasters.
The project will include all ancillary and miscellaneous works necessary for the proper functioning of the development.
