Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Plot will be demarcated as per the layout approved by BDA. Demarcation will be done with Brick/ RCC/ landscaped wall.

Boundary Wall

1500mm high Boundary wall of RCC/ Brickwork on side face of the plot. Front side of the plot will be kept open.

Road Work

There is no internal road in the project. Setback area with cement concrete paver blocks will be provided in the project.
