Demarcation of Plots

This is a sold FSI plot, part of a larger group housing in an integrated township of roughly triangular shape , having total 3 no.of entrances within the integrated township.

Boundary Wall

1.8 - 2.1m high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed . AAC block work and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. Entrance gates will be created at the main entrance.

Road Work

Bituman based road will be created for all internal road works with concrete pavers at certain junction points

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

There is one central green between the towers with different recreational activities. There are more green patches in the integrated township

There are a number of trees provided in site along with the green areas and at certain peripheral walls.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have design the system as per local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer,HT panel,LT Panel,Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting,STP,Pump room etc.

Community Buildings

Community activity area shall be provided at the 1st Floor level which shall be accessed by all residents

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP for tretement after treatement ,water shall be recycle and it will use in gardening and flushing system and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipl.

A well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for the whole building complex to conserve water

We will use LED lights fitting in external area. In STP and Pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Since the building is higher than 45m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as per NBC and approval of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

"Sewerage, Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filteration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing go down through gravity from domestic."

Emergency Evacuation Services

Refuge areas with access through a fire door shall be provided at certain floors for evacuation of people. Balcony will also be used for evacuation.Assembly points areas will be demarcated for earthquake and other possible disasters
