The Plot has 22558 Sqm of the area that had been demarcated by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority as GH-01/F,G,H and I in Sector12 - Greater Noida (West).
A Boundary wall of ( approx 410 m running length ) RCC / brick of thickness 115 mm / 230/ 150 mm and ht of 1800 mm with plaster and railing will be prepared.
Access road to all towers for Fire Tender path will be provided and the road will be designed to take up live road as per approval and NBC. Vehicular Entry is direct to basement from Entry plaza and will be designed to take up live load as per approvals and NBC.
Footpath will be provided using 40-50 mm paver wherever required as walkway and jogging track.
Greater NOIDA Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) shall supply water for the entire society, and it shall be collected in underground water tanks of 100 KL X 2 Nos Domestic Water and 100 KL X2 Nos Raw water Tanks and water with 65 mm dia pipes to overhead tanks at respective Towers. WTP will be equipped with Hydro pneumatic pump with ring and riser.
Centralized STP to treat the sewage will be designed and provided. STP of 380 KL capacity will be constructed using RCC and required Pump Room, STP treated water will be used in flushing system and Gardening.
Rainwater drains will be provided as per the design to carry all the rainwater in a ring line. The same will be connected to rainwater harvesting pits. Storm Water Drainage system will be constructed using up to 400 mm dia pipes as per drawing.
Landscape with civil work masonry 115/230 mm and stone, paver, grass and various type of plantation, shrubs.
Trees plantation will be as per sanctioned plan in which 50 percent tress will be evergreen tress.
HT electrical supply will be provided by NPCL, substation consisting of 2 Nos 1600 KVA and 1 X 1600 KVA Transformers, LT Panel and 2 Nos. 1500 KVA DG set along with 1 Nos. of 750 KVA DG set Street lighting will be done using LT supply and power backup.
The Community Building will be made as per the approved building plan and it will have all the modern facilities. Social gathering places are also being provided. The residents will be able to enjoy in the club as a place for social gathering and relaxation.
380 KLD STP will be installed as per Sanctioned drawing. All sewerage will be treated and treated water will be used for landscaping and flushing system
Collection, storage and disposal will be done as per sanction. Collection of solid waste in the segregated system will be done so that the recyclable waste can be separated in an efficient way from the wet kitchen waste.
5 nos. rain Water harvesting system is being provided to conserve rain water and dual flush system will also be provided
Usage of LED lights will be used all over the project and the use of solar lights will also be explored.
In compliance to the National Building Code of India 2016, part IV requirement , Fire protection and safety system consisting of- Underground Fire Tanks of 355 KL X 2= 710 KL Each tower having 10 KL fire overhead water tank and club having 5 KL fire overhead water tank storage. Main electric fire Hydrant and sprinkler Pumps provided of 2850 LPM each. Jockey pump for Hydrant and sprinkler Pumps of 180 LPM each. Diesel Engine Fire Pump of 2850 LPM. Water certain pump of 2850 LPM. Club Terrace having 450 LPM pump. All project sprinkler system provided in compliance to IS codes and project fire safety requirements aligned to NBC 2016 Part - IV.
Social gathering places are being provided. These places will be spread over the whole complex and the residents will be able to enjoy the same. Indoor play area, playing courts, parks , water bodies, etc. facilities will be provided in the complex.
As per approved building plan and fire approvals , fire staircase and refuge areas being provided .
As per approved building plans, works will be done to make the project very comfortable and of good quality for all the residents. Proper Security system including Security Guard, CCTV Cameras and controlled access will be made available.
