Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

We have single Plot of land admeasuring 4219.55 sq.mtr. on which we propose to develop our Commercial/Residential project.

Boundary Wall

Thick brick work and RCC work in column and beam shall be used as per design. which will give beautiful iconic design to the boundary wall.

Road Work

All internal road shall have concrete pavers or equivalent finishes, with good quality landscaping around the building.

Footpaths

We will provide wide footpaths in thick concrete pavers or equivalent finishes.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water supply facility shall be arranged through overhead water tank. Common water softner in overhead water tank shall also be provided.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design and implement the system as per local electricity board and will consider centralized transformer, HT panel, LT panel, feeder pillar and DG backup for common services like external lighting, etc.

Community Buildings

We shall provide community hall in the building for common purposes of the residents like meetings, functions, etc.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Modular sewerage system shall be provided. All the sewerage water shall go the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connected with the Municipal sewerage system when comes into force.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There are proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management. These shall be collected by the Municipal Authority.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting shall be provided for the whole building to conserve water.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED light fittings in external areas. All equipment shall have energy efficient motors. We will suggest residents to use LED lights in internal areas as well.

All the fire norms shall be followed as per NBC and approval of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Kids area for outdoor play games, senior citizen area for old and aged people, and indoor game area shall be provided.
