Tree plantation shall be as per norms to maintain greenery and natural view as per sanction

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have designed the system as per norms of Electricity Board. Under ground cabling shall be done.

Community facilities shall be provided as developed for group housing project as this is part of the group housing project

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized STP shall be provided for all phases of group housing project. Water shall be recycled and used for gardening and other works

Proper area shall be earmarked for collection of solid waste and shall be done by Nagar Nigam

Rain water harvesting system shall be provided for water conservation

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

LED Lights shall be used to save energy. We will have energy saving equipments in STP and pump room

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All fire norms as per nbc shall be complied

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage, storm water and water supply system shall be provided. All other facilities shall be connected with amenities already provided for group housing part as this is part of the large group housing project

Emergency Evacuation Services

Emergency evacuation services shall be provided as per nbc norms

Other Miscellaneous Work

All other amenities and facilities shall be provided and connected with already existing services of large group housing project as this is part of this project
