Road Work

Road will be constructed as per sanction layout plan. Earth filling work sub grade preparation GSB 200 mm laying and final premix carpet will be done in stepwise development work.The roads have been designed with varying width 12,18 & 9m. Pathways, Cycle Track, are provided to enhance mobility

Footpaths

The footpath will be developed with interlocking tiles and electric trench will run through footpath. The footpath will be 1.2mtrs to 1.8 mtrs as per road width.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The water will be supplied through borewell and Overhead Tanks and UG Tanks for commercial tanks. The capacity of the OHT is determined from a product of the population and per capita demand assumed to be 150 litres per day. The plots in the area are large institutional plots the OHT will be developed according to use case, FAR and other requiremenets. The diameter of the water pipeline is 100mm to 250mm as per population and load demand.

Sewer System

The provision of seweage chamber to manage waste water efficiently. The diameter of sewage pipe is 200mm to 800mm as per population. The material of pipe is DWC SN8.

Drain

Surafce drain is of RCC and the diameter is 300mm to 1200mm and depth is 300mm to 1800mm

Parks

Parks will be developed as per sanction layout and the parks will have brick walls of height 5ft as per design

Tree Planting

Landscaping & Tree Plantation on green belts along roads and parks to create a greener, healthier & more pleasant environment.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electric work is proposed including street light on each external road through electric pole. Street Lighting is provided for the road visibility. The main substation is 220/33KV and second tier substation is 33/11 KVA and sectoral 11/.433 KV substation.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

It Has been provided on the sector-08. The sewage treatment plan is 15 Million Litres per day and the sewage treatment technology is based on sequencing batch reactor commonly known as SBR technology.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

The Plot in Sector 2 measuring 5677.3 sq mtrs having plot No. 1/S-04 (Substation and Waste Management Plot). has been earmarked for solid waste management. The method of waste handling is threefold, source segregation, extended user responsibility and collection or transportation in accordance with the set parameters.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting pits are provided on the parks. The size of the pit is determined by the catchment area of the park and also on the size of the park. The minimum size of the pit is depth of 3-4 mtrs, width 2 mtrs and water filteration media would be gravel, sand and boulders. The bottom layer is boulders and pebbles of 5-20 cm, middle layer is coarse gravel of 5-10 mm and top layer is coarse sand of 1.5-2 mm.
