As per approved sanction plan, this is rectangular shaped plot, having total 02 nos. of Entry / Exit gate from 45 mtr wide front road.
1.8 - 2.1 mtr high and 200 mm thick Boundary wall designed. Brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in beam - columns shall be used as per design. Broad Entrance Gates shall be developed with Boundary Wall.
Trimix / Asphalt Road will be provided as per design suggested by the Architect for internal road.
All internal roads shall have footpath with matt finish tile pavers or equivalent as per landscape design
All units shall be provided with domestic water supply for house hold activities and STP treated water for flushing. Users can have their individual RO system for flushing.
