The plot having 20,000 Sm of area will be demarcated as per the sanction and survey drawing. The demarcation will be done properly and carefully.
A boundary wall of (approx 570 m running length) RCC/brick with plaster and railing will be prepared. This boundary will be strong and sturdy and will help in demarcation of the plot.
7.5 M wide Access road to all towers will be provided and the road will be designed to take up live load as per approvals and NBC
Designed footpath for walking and going from one point to another. Use of cobbles, stones, concrete and other materials will be done so that its inviting for people to walk upon.
NOIDA authority shall supply water for the entire complex and it shall be treated and supplied . 2 Raw water tank 31 KL and 41 KL, 2 domestic tank 29 KL and 45 KL will be constructed.
Centralised STP to treat the sewage will be designed and provided. The STP capacity proposed is 260 KLD as per the EC approval.
Rain water drains will be provided as per design . The drains will be designed such hat they will carry all the rain water through a proper network and will take to the ring line running along the boundary wall and ultimately discharging in the RWH pits. The slopes and levels will be maintained and designed to avoid water logging and flooding.
Beautiful park will be designed for all the users to enjoy and relax. Many seating plaza, outdoor sitting spaces, water bodies will be made for mental relaxation of the working population.
As per approved building plan, APT NO OF TREES WILL BE PROVIDED. The trees will be a mix of ornamental and foliage trees, mix of flowering and evergreen trees and also the area will be covered by hedges, flower beds and grass covers to give cooling effect to the whole campus.
Power supply from NOIDA electricity board will be taken and distributed with proper metering system. Dual metering will be done for the mains and the DG supply. The street lighting as per approved building plan and best suited to the pathways and driveways will be done so that the areas remain well lit during the evening operating hours.
Social gathering spaces are being provided in the plaza. Beautiful pathways, benches, seating spaces and shaded areas will be provided for all the relax and enjoy.
Centralised STP to treat the sewage. STP of the capacity Approx 260 KLD will be installed to treat the Sewage.
Collection, segregation, storage and disposal as per norms and the NBC will be done. Proper housekeeping staff will be deployed for the same and coloured bins will be placed across the complex to collect the waste in segregated form .
RAIN water harvesting system is being provided to conserve the water and dual flush system will also be provided. 5 Numbers of RWH pits are being provided in the complex.
Usage of LED lights will be done so that electricity should be conserved.
As per approved building plan, fire protection system consisting of sprinklers, smoke detectors and fire alarm. 2 numbers of fire tank of 315 KL each
Social gathering spaces in plaza will be provided so that users can come out and sit for relaxation and social gathering purposes. PHE services can be operated in the spaces allocated for the same for the well being of the office people.
Firer staircase will be provided a per the building approvals and as perNBC. (1.5 M wide fire staircase)
As per approved building plan. We are going to make 2-3 water bodies in the complex so that the area remain cool and comfortable.
