As per approved sanction plan this is a single rectangular plot. The plot features having one entry gate and one exit gate, both accessible from the 30-meter wide frontage on the southwest side. The site is surrounded by adjacent plots on the northwest and southwest sides, while a green park area borders the southeast boundary.
The perimeter of the site will feature a boundary wall designed in accordance with approved specifications. The wall will be constructed to a height of 1.8 to 2.1 meters and a thickness of 200 millimeters and reinforced concrete (RCC) columns and beams, as detailed in the approved design. Additionally, entrance and exit gates will be fabricated from MS steel, adhering to the approved design, and integrated into the boundary wall to ensure a cohesive and secure site enclosure.
The internal roads within the site will be constructed using Trimix/Asphalt, as specified in the design provided by the Architect, ensuring a durable and well-designed transportation network.
All internal roads will feature narrow footpaths with tile pavers or equivalent finishes, as specified in the landscape design, providing a pedestrian-friendly and aesthetically pleasing environment
All apartments will be provided with a dual water supply system, comprising domestic water for household activities and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) treated water for flushing purposes. Additionally, groundwater can be utilized, and residents have the option to install individual RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems as needed. The STP treated water will also be utilized for irrigation purposes, promoting water conservation and efficient use of resources. To facilitate this system, underground and terrace-level water tanks will be constructed. Separate tanks will be designated for fire-fighting purposes, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
A centralized sewerage system will be provided, directing all sewage water to the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for thorough treatment. Following treatment, the recycled water will be utilized for various non-potable purposes, including gardening, flushing tanks, and vehicle washing. To ensure sustainable water management, excess treated water from the STP will be safely discharged into the municipal sewerage system, minimizing environmental impact and promoting eco-friendly practices.
A comprehensive storm water management system will be implemented, ensuring efficient collection and disposal of rainwater. Storm water from roads and landscape areas will be directed into storm water drain channels, which will then flow into a rainwater harvesting pit. This pit will facilitate groundwater recharge, contributing to sustainable water conservation. Excess storm water will be safely discharged into the municipal drain line, preventing flooding and ensuring a well-managed storm water system.
