The plots will be demarcated by pillars to all four sides of the Plot Boundary, to the exact shape, size and orientation as per sanctioned map by Lucknow Development Authority.
1.8 - 2.1m high and 230/115 mm thick Boundary wall (as per structural noms) designed . Brick Work of 9 inches and rcc work in column and beam will be used as per design.

The water supply network uses HDPE pipes. The main trunk line is 160Ø HDPE, stepping down to 140Ø, 125Ø,110Ø, 90Ø,75Ø 63Ø, 40Ø, and finally 32Ø HDPE at individual plot connections. Sluice Valves (SV) control zone isolation, Air Release Valves (A-AV) prevent air locks at high points, and Drain Valves (D-AV) allow maintenance flushing. Fire Hydrants are placed along all internal roads. Sizes and length are DN 32, PN 12.5 -800RM, DN40 , PN 10 - 750 RM, DN 63, PN 8- 1500RM, DN 75, PN 8- 250 RM, DN 90, PN 8- 50 RM, DN 110, PN 8- 60 RM, DN 125, PN 8- 102 RM, DN 140, PN 8 -108 RM. The capacity of underground water tank is 129 cubic meters.
Gravity-based sewerage using 200Ø RCC NP2 class pipes at gradients of 1:150 to 1:200. Manholes are spaced 6 to 20 metres apart, constructed in Brick/RCC with Invert Level (IL) and Cover Level (CL) marked at each. Flow direction is indicated throughout the drawing. Storm water is drained using RCC NP2/NP3 pipes of 300Ø, 375Ø, and 450Ø at gradients of 1:200 to 1:300. Catch Pits and Gully Traps are provided at road junctions. The final outfall discharges toward Mohan Lal Ganj and Gosai Ganj PWD boundary drains. Sizes and length are 200 MM Dia -1219 RM, 250 MM Dia - 96 RM, 300 MM Dia - 60 RM, 350 MM Dia - 194 RM, Circular manhole 0.91 m internal diameter- 29 Nos. RCC pipes of 150Ø to 300Ø drain road and plot-level storm water before connecting to the external network. Gully Chambers (GC) are provided at plot boundaries. Minimum self-cleansing velocity maintained is 0.9 m/s. Invert levels and chainages are annotated at every node on the drawing. Sizes and length are 200 MM Dia -1755 RM, 250 MM Dia - 109 RM, 300 MM Dia - 46 RM, Circular manhole 0.91 m internal diameter- 22 Nos., Inside size 90 x 80 cm and 45 cm collection chamber- 29 Nos.
The green areas will be landscaped with hard and soft landscaping as per design. The parks will have footpaths, sitting area and play area for children.
The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary wall.
LT supply reaches individual plots via 3.5Cx120 Sq.mm XLPE armoured cables from the main LT panel to Feeder Pillars (FP), and then through service cables to each plot. Cable entry at plots is through 63Ø HDPE sleeves at the Service Distribution Board (SDB). Package-type Compact Sub-Stations (CSS) are placed at block corners. Street Light Panels (SLP) are integrated within the LT network. An 11KV underground ring main using 3Cx185 Sq.mm 1200 RM XLPE armoured cable connects all Compact Sub-Stations (CSS) across the project, sourced from Purrnova Electrical Sub-Station on the east boundary. CSS units step down supply from 11KV to 433V. Transformers for individual commercial plots are provided by respective owners. GI/MS poles of 6M and 7M height are installed 85 nos. lights along both sides of internal roads, fitted with 65W LED fixtures. Main supply cable is 4Cx25 Sq.mm from the Feeder Distribution Board to Street Light Panels (SLP). Pole-to-pole loop connections use 4Cx6 Sq.mm cable. Supply source is the Compact Sub-Station routed through Feeder Pillars to block-level SLPs.

A centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall be conveyed to the Central STP for treatment. After treatment, the recycled water shall be utilized for gardening and flushing purposes. The overflow from the STP shall be connected to the local sewerage system. The capacity of the STP in Phase-1 is 626 KLD, whereas the capacity of the STP proposed in Phase-2 shall be 360 KLD.
There are proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.
A well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for the whole Area to conserve water.
