Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The plots will be demarcated by concrete/brick pillars to all four sides of the Plot Boundary, to the exact shape, size and orientation as per sanctioned map by Lucknow Development Authority.

Boundary Wall

1.8 - 2.1m high and 230/115 mm thick Boundary wall (as per structural norms) designed. Brick Work of 9inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design.

Road Work

Concrete/bituminous road. The width of Roads provided are 18m, 12m, 9m and 7.5m. Approx length of road are given below: 18 m- 560 m 12 mt -110 m 9 m - 1400 m 7.5 m - 950 m

Footpaths

Combination Green / Paver blocks will be used in footpath, preferably along 18 m & 12 m road.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

An Underground water Tank will be constructed and after treatment, supply will be done through HDPE/MDPE Pipe conduit. Approx length of Pipe shall be 4530 m.

Sewer System

Sewage will be collected through a RCC Hume pipe arrangement, leading to Sewerage Treatment Plant. Inspection chamber / Manholes will be provided as per norms. approx. length of network is 6040 m.

Drain

Surface drain water will be collected through RCC pipe and will be released to Storm Water Line for discharge. Inspection chamber / Manholes will be provided as per norms. approx. length of network is 6040 m.

Parks

The green areas will be landscaped with hard and soft landscaping as per design. The parks will have footpaths, sitting area and play area for children. Total Park from small green, 4 big parks are proposed.

Tree Planting

The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary wall.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electrical layout and capacity will be installed to suffice the domestic use. All electrical cabling will be underground and streetlights will be as per working drawings.

Community Buildings

Proposed Club House comprising club amenities.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall go to the central STP for treatment, after treatment. Water shall be recycled, and it will be used in gardening, flush tanks. Overflow from the STP shall be connected with the Municiple sewerage system.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There are proper garbage collection areas provided for the solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

A well-designed rainwater harvesting system shall be provided for the whole Area to conserve water.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

All the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Green/ landscape area in front/ beside of Plot including green parks, play areas for children and different recreational activities.

Dedicated assembly areas defined in the campus. Adequate signages are also provided.

Other Miscellaneous Work

Lush green shrubs at vacant space on ground etc.
