Demarcation of Plots

There are 135 residential plots in the scheme, out of which 54 plots fall under Block-A, 47 plots fall under Block-B and 34 plots fall under Block-C. The setback as well as building envelope has been marked on all plots as per LIDA Guidelines

Road Work

Roads have been provided to cater to all the plots. The width of the roads is in conformity with LIDA guidelines. The roads will be constructed after consolidation of natural earth, thereafter laying of 125mm thick subbase followed by 75mm thick WBM followed by 25mm thick SDBC

Interlocking tiles will be used for footpaths where ever applicable

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

200KL over head water tank is provisioned for to cater to the needs of all the residents. The water supply will be provided through 110 dia PVC pipes

Sewer System

Disposal of sewage is through digester of appropriate capacity. All plots are connected to manholes of required size followed by connection to main sewer through 200 dia and 300 dia hume pipes. Initially the discharge will be on digester which will be connected to main sewer of LIDA

Drain

The drainage shall be through K C drains

Parks

There is provision for 7 parks in the scheme and sufficient trees shall be planted as per proposed layout plan. Apart from trees the parks shall be provided with regional shrubs, plants, swings for children. the boundaries of the park shall be marked

Tree Planting

Parks shall be provided with trees and regional shrubs and plants. Seasonal / Deciduous Trees will be planted along both the sided of the roads at appropriate distances.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

There is provision of 3 phase overhead electrical supply lines. The poles shall be placed as per drawings however, pole to pole distance will not be more than 30 mts or at every turn. The street lights shall be provided on every pole. The connection to every dweller shall be provided as per power corporation norms. The transformer of 2500 KVA capacity shall be installed.

The Sewerage treatment plant with 200 KLD with all fittings will be made to cater to the requirements as per LIDA
