Demarcation of plot will be done as per approved layout. The total number of plots are 59 Nos.

Boundary Wall

The boundary wall is in 3Mt. high that is built in 230mm thick brick wall in first class brick work with providing column in every 4Mt. beam, expansion.

Internal Road is 15m, 12m, 9m, wide joint All roads are ACC with proper compaction.ready mixed concrete will be used which is manufactured in fully automatic batching plant abd designed upto 100 mt load capacity.
