The plots are not being developed. Since it is a commercial project, we shall be demarcating the shops/offices/studio apartment/food court as per the Sanction Plan
The boundry wall are not required to be constructed as per the Sanction Plan. However since this FSI is purchased from Paarth Infrabuild which have developed the township, the boundry wall for the entire township has already been developed.
