The product is built for the buyer of an under-construction apartment, who typically pays up to 80% of the price before possession. ## About the site - The site has two functions: Research and Track. Research = project, developer, market, and news intelligence. Track = watchlists, portfolio, and alerts on RERA filings and possession-date changes. - 14,000+ projects are indexed across HRERA + UPRERA, covering ~₹2,000+ Cr of tracked GDV and 50+ parameters per under-construction project beyond what RERA itself publishes. - 100% source-linked: every datapoint on the site is tied to a primary record (RERA filings, MCA21, BSE/NSE disclosures, sub-registrar, court records, press, field research). - Editorially independent: developer scores and rankings cannot be bought, and editorial cannot be commissioned. - All content is in English and focused on India. No financial advice, ratings, or reviews from end users are published. ## How to interpret the site - A "project" page describes a single RERA-registered real estate project, identified by its RERA registration number, registration authority, project name, builder/promoter, and district. Project pages aggregate ~14 sections including RERA filing, approvals, documents, construction progress, pricing, builder, floor plans, comparables, litigation, lender, and a news feed — each tied to a primary source. - A "builder" page describes a RERA-registered promoter (most commonly under UPRERA), including registration number and contact details where publicly disclosed. - A "developer" page describes a real estate developer entity that may be associated with one or more RERA-registered projects.
